Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in one-to-one coaching sessions is an effective way to help coachees excel. With the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, a coach can facilitate a dynamic and engaging coaching session that allows the coachee to visually express their thoughts and ideas. The hands-on approach allows for deeper exploration into concerns and challenges, leading to more effective problem-solving and decision-making. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® also provides a safe and non-judgmental space for the coachee to explore their emotions and feelings.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is equally as effective for group and team coaching workshops. This method is a unique approach to facilitate conversations, problem-solving, and creativity in groups. However, to get the most out of this method, you need to hack it. By hacking, we mean adding your own creativity and fine-tuning it to meet the specific needs of your team. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is an excellent tool for group coaching, and with these hacks, you can unlock its full potential to achieve exceptional results.
