Sean Blair

Sean leads SERIOUSWORK. He was the principal author and designer of the book and developed the SERIOUSWORK LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitation Training course. Sean is the founder of a ProMeet, an international professional facilitation business. He facilitates learning, growth and change in meetings, workshops, conferences all over the world.

One of the LEGO® Serious Play® community's most active practitioners, he set up the first MeetUp group in London, there are now over 40 MeetUp groups globally.

Sean was a co-founder of the Service Design Network, an honorary Fellow at Durham University, a Trustee of the Royal Society of Arts, a council member of the Design Council and a commissioner on the Mayor for London’s Creative Industry Commission. Sean is an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator and a winner of a 'Facilitation Impact Award'.

Mirjami Sipponen-Damonte

Mirjami is the founder and CEO of the leading faciliation business in Finland: Xpedio and has 13 years experience in facilitation and organisation development.

Mirjami is a global board member of the International Association of Facilitators, and the European & Middle East Regional Director. In 2016, she was awarded the "Gold Facilitation Impact Award" award for outstanding facilitation. Mirjami is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

Mirjami inspires the endless opportunities of working with the groups and the experiences of success in creating functional processes for the individual needs of the group. Attaching attention to the learning environment, adapting to the situation and the needs of the group, and creating a confident and secure chat environment are all important in building relevant group experiences.

Jens Droege

Jens is Executive Coach, Change Manager and Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. With his consulting company within the network of the German Steinbeis University Berlin (SHB) he facilitates workshops and meetings with and without the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and offers leadership trainings.

Jens has over 15 years of experience in training and facilitation which he gained in various leading positions as Business Consultant in companies such as Porsche Consulting.

Jens has a strong belief in empowering people by sharing, listening and reflection, thus resulting in a higher approval and a feeling of responsibility. He has a strong focus on performance and personality, all of which he sees people gain through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Marko Rillo

Marko Rillo is one of the most experienced facilitators of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology in the world. Being a founder of SeriousPlayPro community he has been at the heart of sharing LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® best practices since 2009, also teaming up with Sean in writing the Serious Work book.

Marko has Ph.D. degree in innovation from the University of St.Gallen, ICF accredited executive coach. He is an innovation professor, an avid entrepreneur, a TV show host, public speaker on futurology, disruptive business models and megatrends. Marko has delivered training on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for people working at Bosch, European Commission, Kemira, Nordea, Oxford Said Business School, Puig (Carolina Herrera), SABIC, Salesforce, Samsung, SEB, and many others.
