LEGO Serious Play is a powerful tool for coaching that can help clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify their goals, and develop strategies to achieve them. It can also help clients identify problems and work out strategies to overcome them.

Please note that this is NOT a coaching training. This training is only open to individuals who have completed coaching training, however, the 16 hours of learning could apply toward your continuing development. Continuing Education Credits are pending.

By exploring the intersection of these two methods coaches increase their conscious awareness, application, and amplification of the coaching competencies through LEGO Serious Play. This alignment is key to unlocking the power and potential of coaching conversations.

Master the balance

The xCoaching training enables coaches to navigate the tension between best practice of LEGO Serious Play session design and the coaching fundamentals of dancing in the moment with the client while using LEGO Serious Play.

Without conscious integration, it could feel like these two schools are at odds. The training honours the best each domain has to offer via a skill-building path to help the coach develop their competence and confidence in both areas.

You can take this class face-to-face or online. Please note the Online course is 2.5 days in duration. It covers the same core content but needs slightly different (and slightly longer) processes to facilitate shared model building.
