We are really excited at the launch of our new book, SeriousWork.

But the growing SeriousWork community is focussed on more than just writing good books.

We are building a network of the most skilled and talented LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators and trainers available anywhere in the world today.

We seek to develop new applications for LEGO® Serious Play® and combine the power that LEGO® Serious Play® has with cutting edge thinking including neuroscience, linguistics and systemic modelling.

The ambition? To unlock LEGO® Serious Play®'s full potential to address some of global societies most difficult social, economic, political, environmental and ideological issues and build a global pool of LEGO® Serious Play® talent.

We plan to be the LEGO® Serious Play® Lab where leading thinkers gather, learn, exchange and pass on our collective know-how.

We're working on our membership model, right now. But we envision four levels of belonging to the Serious.Global community.

Ministers
Heads of Practice Areas: We are the VIP LSP rockstars who have mastered current applications and are developing new knowledge, applications and learning models.

Masters
Competency Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators: We have been trained in a LEGO® Serious Play®, and have passed a peer-reviewed competency based certification process. We are the global go-to LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators (as at October 2016, there is no competency certification, only certificates of completion. We are developing the competency framework).

Practitioner / student
We are learning the LEGO® Serious Play® method, pre-competency certification. We are actively involved in developing our skills though attending training programmes or building a track-record of practice based competency.

Neophyte
We are intrigued and want to know more.
